if you erased your iPhone, the only way to recover anything would generally be with a backup

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

if you have one, you'd need to restore from it

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you were using iCloud Photos, you'd just need to turn that back on in Settings > [your name] > iCloud
