Error downloading 15.1 on IPhone 11

My iPhone 11 is not letting me update and It’s not letting me use some features that I use at daily because it’s not updated to 15.1 version. It says error while downloading.

If the software downloaded, try removing the iOS software and start all over again. Go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage. Let the list of apps load and find the iOS software. Tap on it and delete it in the next screen. Restart your phone and then try downloading the software again.
