Lost iphone

my mom’s phone got stolen. I’m trying to access is her Apple ID but me and her Apple ID is not connected and her find my wasn’t also set up. Also, only her phone can access the Apple ID. What do i do? Sorry for my grammar

If Find My wasn't set up, the only way to find the phone is to manually search for it.
