Email Contents Blank Since Upgrading To Monterey

Since upgrading to Monterey (currently running v12.0.1), any emails I receive in Mac Mail on my iCloud account shows the sender and subject but when clicking on the email to view it, the content of the email is completely blank.

I'm able to view the emails on iOS using my iPhone or iPad. This issue seems to be strictly on MacOS when using Monterey. I have a separate Macbook which is still on Big Sur and no issue there.

Do you have antivirus app(s) installed? If so remove them since that has resolved this problem for other users. Avast seems to be the cause
