I have the Beats Studio ( first version) headphones. How can I get them to connect to my android phone? They do not even come up in the available devices for my phone or my laptop...when turning on pairing mode, red light only flashes twice.

What we would recommend then is that you Contact Apple Support to see if they can assist in locating that serial number. If you still have the original packaging and/or receipt, that may show it as well.

Thank you for the reply. Like I previously mentioned, I cannot get the Beats to pair with my android. When using the app, it asks me for a serial #, to which I do not have ( as it is on original cable), this is the step needing to pair my headset, as version 1 is not showing on quick add.

Thanks for the reply! I have a replacement cord now, but the app asks for a serial # and on the first version headphones that I have, that number was on the original cord.
