Per the following article: Find your Beats serial number...

"To find the serial number of your Beats product when it's connected to your Android device or paired in the Beats app for Android:

1. Open the Beats app.
2. Scroll to "Under the hood: Serial number."
3. To find the serial number of your Beats product when it's connected to your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Beats product."

What we would recommend then is that you Contact Apple Support to see if they can assist in locating that serial number. If you still have the original packaging and/or receipt, that may show it as well.
