“Order I nProgress” for more than a Week

I have placed my order of the new iPhone 13 a week ago, and the order is still in progress. Is this normal?

Very common when you order new products as soon as they are released. Everyone wants one.


Expect to see another email with a tighter delveery estimate. I've orderd a bunch of Appe products and their arrival date estimates are always very close.
