Hello ~ Go up to the Apple recommended post that * Limnos * posted and click on each one of the blue links as they will open and you can read the information. Also is your device updated to the current version of iOS? Bear in mind that this is a forum of users here just like you are and not Apple Support. If you need Apple Support go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Contact Apple for support and service

I keep resetting my phone and password but every so often they get back in.

my settings get changed I am a camera user name and a few others get blocked out or I can’t even change them I’m over it I thought out iCloud was the safest iPhones were supposed to be the best. What are you all going to do? I’ve got a 12 I’m not gonna keep paying thousands of dollars for phones and software and these people are getting better and better a braking into them.

'We all' here are just users like you, not Apple. I am just going to advise you to read the reply I posted 3 weeks ago. If you're having security issues then likely you are misunderstanding something that is giving you the impression you are being hacked, or you are doing actions that are letting "hackers" (a much misunderstood and overused term -- thank-you Hollywood) get into your accounts. It may just be a matter of changing your password to a strong one and setting up 2-factor authentication.

As I have changed all of the above advised( prior) to seeking advice from non company employees. Just To see if anyone has had the same difficulties such as myself in this situation(as I had dismissed all google apps and was perhaps seeking something a little more secure. I had been to the service location

they had stated that iPhones did not need security that they were the most secure on the market, and low and behold they had been” Hollywood “ hacked and needed a new update per a request from Apple. So If anyone knows anything please do let me know

Again I thank you for your time I do apologize three weeks is good. If you could just copy and paste it in I would greatly appreciate a copy of your article I would be more than happy to look over it God bless you

my icloud account and my apple id account have been compromised by a hacker can you help
