I was wondering if I can use Apple TV with my projecot and stream the audio to my hi-fi via logitech bluetooth adapter. Is it possible with Apple TV? I dont have a chance to connect them phisically, so this question is important, I did not see any info on this. Thanks!
Yes. The Apple TV can connect to bluetooth speakers, and receivers and can route the audio to them.

It also says "...or Bluetooth speakers". to the Apple TV the receiver will appear as bluetooth speakers or headphones basically.
It should work just fine.
