The installments are an arrangement between you and your card issuer/bank - you can use the card and when you get their bill, you can either pay in full or the minimum payment due - they all charge interest, so you better check into it. Some credit cards have really high interest rates.

The installment offer from Apple/their bank is only available with an Apple card.
