Memory full but phone won’t let me delete anything

What do you mean it won't let you delete anything?

The delete option is literally not shown?

you can delete from the App Library by locating the app and tap/hold, select Delete App

or you can go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [app name] > Delete

If you still are unable to delete, check:

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps

make sure that's set to 'Allow'

My iPhones full and every time I try to delete photos they just pop back up straight away quite annoying and I can’t make any space it’s frustrating
