iphone does not show up in finder
My iphone does not appear in my Finder. Is there a way to restore my iPhone without plugging it into my laptop?

Start with a Restart:
- Shut Down: the Mac
- Unplug: the iPhone
- Wait: 30 seconds
- Plug in: the iPhone
- Power On: the Mac
- Log In: as the same user
- See if it is now seen
