Macbook Air M1 freezes after Monterey update

Greetings,

i have whole new Macbook Air M1 (8GB/512/8GPU). It was delivered with Big Sur and all was super fast and working. Than i updated on Monterey. Update was quite fast and after reboot again no problem.

BUT: while working with computer, it gets to some strange status. Chrome (M1 version) is unable download, App store is just blank white page, some apps start slowly or hangs (i installed M1 apps). I found, that in System Preferences/Internet Accounts there is none of my accounts and i can add/remote. Some app, if i wanna open file, it hangs and dialog to browse files doesn't appear. Restart the is not enough.

After reboot whole computer, all is again fast and working, App store is working, Internet accounts are back and working as used to.

Please, do you know what might be wrong? I downloaded Big Sur for downgrade, but it's impossible, while selecting disk it says something like it's not possible to downgrade.

Are you saying the issue is resolved? It is recommended to reboot to sort issues/anomalies especially after a macOS upgrade.

please advise
