How do I restore my phone from a month ago? Everything was working then

As long as you have an iCloud backup that is dated around that time or you've backed it up to a computer around that same time frame. You can factory reset your phone and restore it from your iCloud backup or computer backup. Otherwise you're stuck if you don't have a backup made.
