Hi, I blocked my phone and I don’t do any regular backup. By doing the recovery process via my PC will I preserve all my data?

If you forgot your passcode and don't have any backups, you will lose your data.
If you have things like Contacts synced in iCloud, or Messages in iCloud, or use iCloud Photos, you should be able to get that content back by turning them back on once you restore the phone.
