Why do I get charged around $5.44 and $2.18 from my Apple Cash and it says apple.com/bill. What are these charges?

You can try checking under your iCloud to see where those purchases came from:

1) Go to settings app

2) tap your name

3) Scroll to the “Media & Purchases” tab

4) Click view account

5) Scroll to “purchase history” tab

Then that page should show up all your recent purchases, hopefully showing you where these payments are coming from. If there are unfamiliar charges, then I would definitely contact apple support!
