Was your iPhone unlocked and open at the time? Were you using the iPhone for something? Notifications on the Watch will only appear if the iPhone is locked. See this for an explanation of Notifications on the Apple Watch. Notifications on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Nope..!!

it was in my pocket..!!

I felt the vibration of my phone & check my watch who is calling, there was nothing..!!

and to be honest I’m not getting all the notifications which are coming to my phone either ..such as my news feed notifications..??

You may want to take the time to check notifications, make sure you have the settings correct in the Watch, either setup as custom or to mirror your iPhone. I don't have a Series 7, but notifications seem to be working fine on my Series 6 with watchOS 8.1.
