I want to update my iOS 12 to iOS 14

Please how can I update my iOS 12 to iOS 14 I can’t update that In my iPhone 6

when I try to download app on AppStore it keep saying your iOS must be updated to iOS 14 before you can use this app

mansur ~ iPhone 6 cannot be updated beyond iOS 12:

iOS 14 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices

...found by searching Apple's Knowledge Base.
