My iPad has iOS 10.3.3 and it says it is up to date and does not give a software update option. How do I get it to download and install the latest version of iOS iPad?

How do I get my software to update given the above information?

The fourth generation iPad, released by Apple in 2012, cannot use an iOS version greater than 10.3.X.


A newer iPad is required.
