My alarm wont play the selected music . The song is downloaded it still plays the default alarm.

ANY of the music I have selected is via Apple Music which I pay for and is downloaded to my phone and able to play offline but will not play as an alarm sound. I've deleted and recreated alarms, restarted my phone and given my best efforts but nothing has worked for days.
