How to remove previously deleted apple id from an iphone?

Apple can reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Try this online here --> https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support

I tried this above link to make a request to reset my iPhone as I am facing the same problem unfortunately it doesn’t work. A message appears that “ your session has expired.please start another request to resume your session”. I tried many times to resume the session but the same message appears again and again.

There is nothing you can do. As explained in the instructions about deleting your AppleID, you needed to sign that AppleID out on all devices before the AppleID was deleted from Apple’s system. That step by you was imperative if you wanted to be able to still use those devices. Now, it cannot be done, so those devices are now effectively useless.

Apple’s “Delete” AppleID process is abundantly clear on this with numerous opportunities to “cancel.”
