Can i still upgrade to catalina from sierra?

No OS upgrades appear in my app store app, except for Monterey... which unfortunately isn't compatible with my oder mac mini

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which Mac mini model you have, click on High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur.
