Volume of phone calls

I’ve tried all that, and can still barely hear anything when on a phone call… they can hear me, but they sound very distant and low unless i use speaker phone (which everyone ain’t meant for 🤷🏽‍♀️)

While on-call press the Volume Up Button, while on-call.
