When I am swiping left and trying to add some widgets, they just get saved at a place and do not appear at my Home Screen. What should I do??
Nothing.
If your iPad has just been recently upgraded/updated to iPadOS 15.1, a WHOLE lot has changed in iPadOS 15.
Gone, now, is the Main Home Screen Widget column.
Widgets, in iPadOS 15, can now be placed anywhere you want on any iPad Home screen you wish.
