However, you don't say that doing this will delete it from everywhere...isn't this the case??... even if I am paying for 2TB of storage. Are you saying that I will still have a copy "safe and secure" as your site claims?

iCloud storage is independent of iPhone storage. If you need more space on your phone, you will need to delete something.
