There is no "Forgot Passcode" option on Screen Time

There is no "Forgot Passcode" option on my phone for screen time and I have the latest iOS. How can I reset to wipe the phone as I don't recall ever setting up a screen time passcode?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

You will have to force it into recovery mode, restore iOS using your computer, and set it up as a new device.

Do NOT restore a backup. The screen time / restrictions settings are contained in the backup.
