My frustration with 13 ProMax is so great that my only question is who is responsible for failure to provide logical and comprehensive instruction on set up. Comprehensive systematic integrated intrusions This iteration is being treat as a toy...

How to set up the following 13ProMx, transferring from 7 Pro

1) The phone has two sims cards. One is hard wired and the second is the conventional paper sim.

2) The carrier is 5G

3) I have selected the hard wired sim as my primary.

At this time the phone cannot indicate a specific sequence for the customary wi and cellular combination. 5G and Wi-Fi demonstrate and incompatibility in outgoing calls in incoming. At this time I cannot make any calls from that phone nor receive nor respond to text message.

I have tried to print literature from Apple but it does not reflect any 13MaxPro screens shots that match with my sequence.

Question: where to I begin?

iPhone 13 Pro Max

Doesn't sound like you have it set up correctly: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209044, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212780

If nothing else, verify the eSim with your carrier.
