VPN Connects but no access using M1 MacBook Pro 16

We are using the built-In Mac OS VPN connection to our office, and have selected "Send all Network Traffic", but no luck making any connections, will not even ping. But it works flawlessly on multiple iPhones & Intel Macbooks. Help

My University Alumni VPN solution also uses the built-in CISCO IPSEC configuration, and it worked immediately when I just tested it with macOS 12.0.1 on my M1 Pro 16-inch MBP. I ordinarily do not use the VPN connection unless in a public Wi-Fi circumstance, and due to COVID, I have not done so.


You may need to validate that the server address, shared secret (or Certificate), and Group Name have not changed on the VPN server-side, or on your network configuration settings. At a minimum, you may need to re-enter your password.
