Most of my NOTES Disappeared

If this is a sync issue you can sign out of iCloud and back in again

>System Preferences>AppleID>iCloud

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac

As previous posting suggested First.

Only after that attempt - try the disable Notes Sync from iCloud and restart the machine. Reverse previous action and hope this will force a Sync of Notes.
