Create Photo Memories to use all photos in an album ?

Photos Question:

Is there a way to create a "Memory" from ALL the photos in an album?

I have created an album with photos, and want to create a memory with all the photos in this album.

I tried this but only a segment of the photos are used.

Figured this out. On a iPad go to the Memory and select additional photos or all.

Then a new video will be made with the selected photos.
