Only update available is Monterey
I have a MacAir (early 2015) running Catalina. I need to update to Big Sur, but not Monterey. When I check available updates, it only shows Monterey as available. How can I update to Big Sur?

Trying to determine if my Macbook Air will have enough space and memory to update to Monterey AND Xcode 13. I need all of my current devices to be compatible:
MacBookAir (early 2015) with 12 GB of 121 available. 4GB RAM
iPhone 12 (currently on 14.8.1 and cannot update to 15 unless I can update to Xcode 13) for a DYI app.
Series 3 watch running 7.x - need to update to 8
On a 120GB class drive (120, 121, 128 GB), you should always leave about 12-15GB totally unused. Unfortunately, Big Sur is likely impossible for you.
