Problem others hearing me

during any call (cellphone, facetime, or through social media) the person on the other line can't hear me but i can hear them even on speaker mode. why is that?

Make sure that you have not tapped on the Mute button on the screen there, and check this support document, If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
