My system data is 26.9 GB what should I do to reduce its really problem for as I only 64GB variant iPhone

Clear Space:
Try clearing internal storage though use of the following:

Clear your Temporary Internet Files(Cookies & Cache) of Safari:

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:
