I deleted App Store icon my mistake on my new iPad Air 2 how do I get it back.

IOS 14 introduced the App Library. The App Store icon should still be in your App Library.

1. Swipe left until you arrive at the App Library
2. Find the App Store icon in the Utilities folder, long-press it and drag it to the desired location on your Home Screen

Swipe the home screen all the way to the left to get to the App Library. Find the App Store there, press and hold and drag the App Store icon back to a home page.
