Apple music

I had Apple Music a few months ago and I ended my subscription. Well I recently renewed, everything is the same and I have my Apple Music profile with all my followers still but I don’t have any of my music or playlists back. Is it possible for me to get this music back that I added to my library when I had Apple Music a while ago?
