Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods; click here for more information. There generally isn't any guarantee that a request will be approved.

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.

After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your request is granted, the money is returned to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method:

- Store credit (e.g., Apple ID balance): up to 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing (payment through your phone service carrier): Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card): Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.

For apps and media you can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".

If you need to contact Apple about this, click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/ and choose a path that gets assistance from Apple staff.

I don't know the details of how things work but Apple doesn't have a way to reach out and remove things from your hardware. If you buy a song, for example, and then request a refund, Apple can't remove it from your computer. They just might stop issuing refunds if they think your are trying to abuse the refund system.

I have no idea what your golden pass is but if it is something that checks back with the app developer's account then they may have some way to disable the feature.
