Error after the Monterey 12.0.1 Update. Pls help

Hello All,

I have been using interactive broker's trading software on my MacBook Pro for the last 4 years without any issue.

After updating my Mac with Monterey 12.0.1., I am unable to keep the software running for more than 2 seconds. The software crashes within seconds of launching.

Can anyone please suggest what is going on?? Following is an excerpt from the report. Also attaching the report.

You should check with the developer to make sure you are using the most recent version of the software and the correct version of Java. It is possible this software is not yet compatible with Monterey or you may need to install a different version of Java. Only the developer can tell you for sure if their app is compatible with Monterey.
