Where do I find the link to generate one? Been around the web site 10 times. Not seeing what the instructions refer to.

When I log on to that page, there is no place to generate an app-specific password. I have had Apple products for years and have never had as many problems as I have had with this issue as well as with access icloud files on my new Macbook Air. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Yes, I do. When I sign into the Apple ID page, I can see the section App-Specific Passwords but there is no place to generate a new password. I only see the passwords that have already been generated.
Do you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled on your account?
There is a limit of 25 active app-specific passwords. If you have generated that many, you can't generate a new one.
Yes and I only have 5. I really appreciate you offering me suggestions, etc. I am really at a loss.
I finally figured it out with the help of App support.
