Setting up with ethernet connection

When I connect Apple TV 4k with ethernet cable it does not work. My other TV streamers work with same ethernet connection. How do I solve this problem?

I would recommend starting by doing:


·      Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
