Hi Dear,

my Name is Ahmed from Apple Authorized Reseller Somalia and our registered Name under redington Seamless partnership is Haleel Technologies LLC and our product has as stated are in the proforma invoice are only meant to be sold in the territory of EAST AFRICA. so one of our(Apple Authorized reseller Somalia) customer whose iPhone 12 pro max had been stolen got his iPhone after reporting to the police and he restored the iPhone and forget his iCloud so please he wants to access his phone and his IMEI is 35****849.

Please refer your customer to If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support and If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

It's not a good idea to post an IMEI number in a public forum and I've asked the Hosts to remove it. Remember that this is a public use to user forum, not Apple Support.
