Battery

I have a problem with the battery during normal charging, the capacity drops very quickly and I have no idea why

Troubleshooting iPhone Power Drain:


View the Battery Health:

When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Battery
  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: [the percentage]
  5. Is it 80% or less? If so, it is time for a new battery.

There are many reasons behind battery performance, such as notifications, Emails that fetch instead of push, running constantly in the background.


Suffice it to say, TheLittles offers expert advice on this subject (review the battery performance in the settings).


If you prefer a certified Apple genius to review/replace your battery, then simply take your iPhone to an Apple retail store for service.
