If I buy an iPhone 13 pro max outright, can I use it with Straight talk?

Yes. An unlocked iPhone 13 Pro Max, bought from Apple, will work on Straight Talk. If you are purchasing from www.apple.com then,, under the Carriers selection section, choose “connect on your own later” option.

One important thing to double check with Straight Talk is to ensure that it accepts phone brought in by their customers (you). Call them or check on their website whether bringing your own device is allowed. If this is allowed, then you are good to go.
