Yes. So, if it is fairly new (and purchased from Apple) then contact Apple Support. They need to fix this.

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Got this Serviced Recently?

If you got this serviced, ask the company to give you a genuine camera. They should have known better.

Then go through them. Once again, they should have known better. So see if this still occurs. Or just return it and purchase it from Apple.
