I plan to buy a macbook pro m1pro 16 inch from USA and use it as a day to day device in Europe, Romania. Are there any compatibility problems I might encounter?

There is no difference for WiFi... I've travelled all over Europe and never had problems with my WiFi on the MacBook Pro...
What is different between the USA and Europe is the cell phone network frequency and band... As long as you have a "world phone" there is no problem(almost all phones are "world" phones anyway nowadays...)
