Switching off zoom on locked iPhone XR

My iPhone XR is locked passworded. My problem is that it’s zoom out. I had double tap my three fingers couple of times unsuccessful. I also attempted using iTunes to off the zoom, it says it required that the phone is unlocked. Kindly assist
