Apple TV store
Apple TV will not switch Apple store countries so I cannot access my movie purchases.

Apple TV will access the iTunes Store for the region that matches the active Apple ID account (your ‘home country’).
If your Apple ID account is for e.g. Canada, then you only have access to the Canadian iTunes Store.
If you switched countries, then previously purchased content may be inaccessible until you change that back.
