Accidentally purchased subscription

My grandson accidentally purchased a subscription for 73$. I canceled it immediately but am still being charged for it. What do I do next

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
