Is the number still blocked when you clear recent numbers?

Hi Lexus160,

It appears you're wondering if a number stays blocked if you clear out the recent calls in the Recent tab of the Phone app. Phone numbers would only be unblocked by going to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts and unblocking from there.
