iPhone 13 Pro/Max- Poor call quality for person on the other end.

Hi team,

I am experiencing poor call quality with my 13pro, seems like active noise cancellation is missing. Person on the other side of call can listen background sound which is extremely annoying. I did not realise this until last week when my partner bought 13pro and I started to hear background noise.

Has anyone else experienced same issue or is it just us?

Please advise resolution. I am unable to check any settings regarding the same.
