If you are speaking of the new Apple Watch Series 7, which is sold in 41mm (small) or 45mm (Large)

Any band which is 38, 40 or 41mm will fit the Series 7 (small).

Any band which is 42, 44 or 45mm will fit the Series 7 (large)
